JEPHSON Gardens and Mill Gardens are two of the best parks in the country – and that’s official!
The Leamington parks were put together as one entry and recently received the prestigious Green Flag Award, which recognises some 1,600 well-maintained gardens throughout the country.
Coun David Shilton, spokesman for neighbourhood services, said: “We are absolutely delighted to receive the award for the ninth year from Keep Britain Tidy.
“This national award recognises and highlights that people in Leamington are benefitting from a green space of the very highest quality.”
Jephson Gardens and Mill Gardens have also received a Green Heritage Site accreditation for 2015.
