A JEWELLERY theft from a Leamington shop has prompted a police appeal.

A woman stole jewellery from a shop in The Parade on the afternoon of Friday August 16.

Police have released CCTV images of three people they would like to speak to in connection with the theft – and another in connection with a similar theft carried out by a man in Market Place, Nuneaton later that day.

PC Moore from Warwickshire Police said: “At this time we are treating the incidents as linked. We’re keen to identify the people in these photos as they may have information vital to our investigation.”

Call police on 101 quoting incident 301 of August 16, or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
