Law firm open Leamington office on historical hotspot

A LAW firm has opened a new office in Leamington on what has turned out to be a historical hotspot.

Davisons Law’s new office is at 4 Easton Place and is the company’s 12th in total.

Davisons acquired the space in August 2021 and invested over £1million on the purchase and a complete refurbishment of the property from top to bottom.

During redevelopment, the building was visited by the Leamington Historical Society who advised the building was at one stage an art gallery that had officially been opened by Queen Victoria.

Justine Matthews, Associate Director and Head of Leamington office, said: “This constitutes our largest investment in any of our locations, something which shows our commitment to the area and local community. The office has been carefully considered to offer a more relaxed environment for clients, with the intention that they feel welcome to drop in and speak to a conveyancing expert on any property matter or seek help on a wide variety of legal issues.

“We want this office to feel different for clients and to break the mould of what many people see as a traditional, more formal setting.”

The office will specialise in residential and commercial conveyancing, supported by lawyers with many years of experience. Alongside helping clients with sales and purchases, the team will be able to provide advice on more complex matters such as commercial leases, equity releases, by-to-let portfolios, bridging loans, lease extensions and buying at auction.
