Leamington Peace Festival set to return with addition of 'quiet zone'

LOVE and peace is set to be spread around the town when Leamington Peace Festival returns.

The free event will return to the Pump Room Gardens on Saturday and Sunday June 15 and 16.

It will include more than 150 stalls, peace talks, workshops, vegetarian food, children’s entertainment, performances, music and a foodbank donation point.

This year there will be the new addition of a ‘quiet zone’ next to the information tent for those who need to escape the crowds. Those with autism, anxiety, disabilities and pregnant women are all welcome, as are those who want to sit down and have a rest.

Volunteers are still needed to help run the event.
