Leamington soup kitchen could offer day trips in new van

Leamington Editorial 27th Jun, 2016 Updated: 28th Oct, 2016   0

OVERNIGHT trips could soon be in the pipeline for users of the Helping Hands soup kitchen.

The charity, which supports homeless and vulnerable people in the district, has bought a new van so users can enjoy their food in comfort.

It also means they will be able to offer day and overnight trips to those in need.

The £2,000 for the van was donated by Leamington-based companies Infinite Pixel and Fine & Country Homes. They raised the cash by taking part in a sponsored sleep out.
