CHRISTINE Guice has thousands of reasons to celebrate living in Leamington.

The business owner could not believe it when she found out she had won £25,000 with the People’s Postcode Lottery and put the cheque in her bedroom so when she woke up the next morning she knew she was not dreaming.

She said: “Winning means we’ll be able to go on a cruise, which is wonderful. We’ll also be able to do some work on the house so the win has come at a brilliant time.

“I signed up because I just thought no matter what happens that someone was a winner – if it wasn’t me then it would be the charities that players like me support.”

Over £142 million has been raised by players of the charity lottery for more than 2,000 good causes across the UK.
