A PARK in Leamington town centre is set to get some TLC from some new friends.
A group of residents has recently formed ‘The Friends of Christchurch Gardens’ with the aim of protecting and improving the gardens at the top of the Parade – which are also known to many as ‘Top Park’.
And they will be starting with a litter pick on Saturday (June 9) between 9.30am and 11am.
A spokesman said: “Everyone will be welcome and it will be a great opportunity to enhance a wonderful, but frequently overlooked, green oasis at the top of the Parade.
“Warwick District Council will be on hand to provide appropriate equipment and take the litter away.”
