THE AIR Ambulance has received a £1,000 donation from The Gursewak Trust.
The trust – a charitable organisation who are members of the Leamington and Warwick Sikh congregation – was delighted to support the service which recently clocked up 30,000 helicopter rescue missions.
Trust spokesman Dr Gurmit Singh said: “It’s difficult to believe that this service relies entirely on public donations. Having seen first-hand the vital role that air ambulances play in saving lives through their rapid response, I am very pleased on behalf of the trust to be able to support this service.”
