Life-saving efforts of a Warwick woman recognised

THE LIFE-SAVING efforts of a Warwick woman have been recognised.

Tracy Oakley, an emergency care practitioner with West Midlands Ambulance Service Trust, was hounoured with the Peter Murtagh Inspirational Award for her positive attitude and guidance as a mentor to students.

A trust spokesman said her solid background of emergency and urgent care work made her an asset to anyone she worked with, and the patients she serves.

The spokesman said of Tracey, “Tracy regularly goes out of her way and works hard to fulfill her leadership and mentoring responsibilities whilst setting a critically high benchmark for students who carry her name forward as their mentor.”
