RUBBER-necking drivers who delayed emergency services after a motorway crash in Warwickshire could face prosecution.
Drivers used the hard shoulder to get a closer look at a wreckage after a car crashed on the M40 yesterday (Sunday).
There were no injuries.
Police have warned the drivers, who delayed emergency services, would be prosecuted for driving on the hard shoulder.
