Man arrested following retail park bomb hoax

A MAN has been arrested in connection with a hoax bomb threat targeting a Leamington business.

The threat was made towards a business in Shires Retail Park, Tachbrook Park Drive, Leamington on Friday (July 31). It led to officers putting a cordon in place around the site while a search was conducted.

A 19-year-old from Coventry was arrested on suspicion of making a bomb hoax on Sunday (August 2) following an investigation by Warwickshire Police.

The man has been released under investigation while enquiries continue.
