A MAN has been charged with arson after a fire at his flat in Leamington yesterday (Sunday).
William Soldat has been remanded in custody ahead of appearing at Coventry Magistrates’ Court today (Monday).
The 45-year-old was arrested after a fire at the flat in Radford Road.
Surrounding properties had to be evacuated but fortunately nobody was injured.
