A MAN has been charged with conspiracy to commit GBH in connection with a Leamington murder.
Javantry Scott, aged 23 of Osborne Road, Birmingham, was charged on Friday (19 March) in connection with the death of 34-year-old Carl Moorhouse last May.
Mr Scott appeared at Coventry Magistrates’ Court on Friday and will appear at Warwick Crown Court on April. 7
Seven other people have also been charged in connection with the investigation.
Terry Nall, aged 30 of Regents Road, Birmingham, and Adam Padley aged 26 of Mellis Grove, Birmingham, were charged with murder and conspiracy to commit GBH.
The five other people were charged with conspiracy to commit GBH.
