A MAN has been charged with drink driving after a transit van crashed into a Leamington town centre restaurant.
Charles Churchill-Davies, of Kenilworth Road, Leamington, was arrested after the van ploughed into Bill’s on the Parade around 5pm yesterday (Monday).
The 29-year-old has also been charged with driving without insurance. He has been bailed to appear at Warwickshire Magistrates Court on April 9.
Nobody was injured in the incident.
Bill’s re-opened this morning.
