A MAN was left marooned on the roof of a car after getting stuck in a ford.
Firefighters were called to Walton Road in Wellesbourne at around 4.30pm on Monday (March 12) where they found a man stuck in the ford.
He was rescued from the car roof by firefighters who used a water sled.
The man was taken to a nearby house and was reported as being ‘safe and well’.
