LEAMINGTON’S own female-only running group is now looking to get men running together.
Building on the success of Run Like A Girl, its founders are launching Run Like A Guy in a bid to get more men into the sport and enjoying the social benefits of group fitness.
The all-male group will follow the same format as the women’s group with a specialist beginners’ programme designed to take men from no running to 30 minutes of continuous movement in eight weeks. The course has already taught more than 1,000 women to run at groups in Leamington, Warwick and Coventry.
