WARWICK Hospital midwives waved goodbye to the labour ward – but they will soon be seeing it again.
Six midwives who work on the delivery suite are due to give birth.
Hannah Wilkinson, Dominika Korsten, Lauren Goldrick, Jessica Montgomery, Shannon Walker and Aisha Simmons all have due dates within weeks of each other.
As did their colleague Kristina Foley – but baby Maggie was welcomed early at the start of March.
Dominika said: “Between March 9 and April 20 a total of seven of our midwives are due to have their own babies. It is so exciting.
“We can’t wait to meet up again when all the babies are here.”
