Models of all ages to take to the catwalk for charity

MODELS of all ages will be taking to the catwalk to raise money for charity.

Former Leamington mayor Caroline Evetts will take to the stage at the Spa Centre on her 80th birthday, along with a host of other local models including three-year-old Cassius Leon.

They will showcase some of the latest fashions available in Warwick and Leamington for the annual Bodies & Co fund-raising event on Thursday and Friday (November 15 and 16) from 7pm.

Money raised will support charities Evelyn’s Gift, Guy’s Gift and local branches of Cancer Research UK and Samaritans.

Event organiser Jenni Fuller said: “Last year we raised £16,000, which takes some doing, but we want to raise even more this year.

“The team are just amazing and while it is hard work we have such fun and are already planning how we’re going to celebrate our big 40th anniversary show next year.”

Tickets cost £14. Call 01926 715635 to book.
