MYTON School has announced the appointment of former deputy dead Andy Perry to the post of headteacher.
He joined the Warwick school as deputy head in 2011 and had been interim head since May following spells at school in Essex and Hampshire.
A spokesman for the governors said: ” The Governing Board is confident Mr Perry will continue the excellent work he started as interim head, following the Ofsted inspection in January.
“Indeed, our Ofsted Inspector acknowledged the impact Mr Perry has already made during their monitoring visit in July.
“We are looking forward to working together to deliver our shared vision of a highly successful community school.”
