FESTIVE Myton Hospice staff and volunteers led by example and pulled on their Christmas jumpers.
The hospice – which has sites in Warwick, Rugby and Coventry – held a ‘Festive Friday’, which saw a supporters wear Christmas jumper or accessories in exchange for a donation.
A charity spokeswoman said: “This December we are aiming to raise £9,000 which is the running cost of our inpatient unit at Coventry Myton Hospice for two days.
“We are encouraging people to get into the Christmas spirit by wearing a festive jumper, flashing tie, sparkly earrings – or anything else suitably festive – on a day of your choosing during the lead up to Christmas and making a donation to Myton.
“It doesn’t even have to be a Friday – we’re not picky.”
