NEW play equipment is set to brighten the days of children in Whitnash.
Whitnash Town Council pumped a whopping £100,000 worth of play equipment into a play area at Washbourne Field.
And Mayor Coun Tony Heath officially announced the area ready for play.
A spokesperson said the project had been ‘fantastically’ well received by school children and their parents.
