PLANS to create 29 new homes in Warwick on a former industrial site have been refused.
Developers were looking to build the homes on the old Tamlea Building premises on Nelson Lane.
But concern was raised about the possible disturbance to residents of the new homes from neighbouring industry.
Extra pressure on everything from roads to local schools had also raised concern.
Warwick District Council plans committee refused the application last night.
