Northleigh pupils enjoy lessons in 'Lions Den'

PUPILS at Northleigh School can enjoy their lessons in the ‘Lion’s Den’.

Warwick Lions Club have presented the specialist school with the £8,000 teaching hut, where pupils can enjoy their lessons.

Husband and wife team Fred and Viv Morgan opened the school several years ago after hearing increasingly common stories about children committing suicide due to bullying,

They decided to transform their ten-bedroom home into a school for victims and after being featured in The Observer, their story hit the headlines across the country.

Since then they have also scooped a Pride of Britain award recognising their invaluable work.

And Northleigh is so in demand, they are planning to expand and turn the outdoor barn into a sports and drama facility for the school’s some 20 students.
