Paranormal team to investigate ghostly goings-on at Warwick Castle

A WEEKEND exploring the paranormal will find out if ghosts really do exist at Warwick Castle.

Sage Paranormal – pursuers of all things that go bump in the night – will hold a paranormal convention over the weekend of Friday September 22.

It will start with a night-time investigation around the castle. Other highlights include lectures and debates with leading tv investigators Brian J Cano from the Haunted Collector, Jeff Belanger from Ghost Adventures and the world’s leading Ouija board specialist Robert Murch.

There will also be a ‘supernatural’-themed party and plenty of spooky stalls.

It has been organised by Mariehanna Dickson, who herself had a brush with the paranormal in the town.

The 32 year-old accidentally snapped a picture of a ghost while walking around Warwick Castle.

Marieanna took a picture of an information board in the Kenilworth bedroom – which is rumoured to be the most haunted room in the castle. The board told of a South African spiritualist who raised a girl from the dead.

But when Mariehanna looked back at the snap she saw a spooky reflection in the image.Although she does not know who it is, the castle is supposedly haunted by an old lady who drifts along the corridors from room to room.

And now she is hoping to see the spirit again during the ghostly investigation at the castle.

Tickets cost £250 for the weekend.
