A NEWLY launched hearing hub at a Leamington opticians is in the experienced hands of a long-term colleague.
Joanne Coleman is the new audiology director at the Specsavers store on The Parade after starting her career with the company 14 years ago. Joanne will work with co-directors Lena and Navin Aggarwal to oversee the hearing service.
She will carry out full NHS and private hearing assessments, along with providing help and advice about looking after your ears. A regular microsuction service (ear wax removal) will also be available, as well as guidance on the extensive range of hearing aids and other custom products.
Since starting her Specsavers’ journey as a receptionist at the Nuneaton store, Joanne has worked her way up the business in a variety of roles, most recently qualifying as a hearing aid dispenser.
She has worked at the Leamington store for the past seven years.
She said: “Becoming a partner allows me to give something back to the business that has supported me so much over the years. I am looking forward to increasing clinic days from five to seven days a week, enabling us to better serve the community.
“I am excited to see how I can grow the business with our amazing team and support from our customers.”
The Specsavers Leamington hub brings the total number of Specsavers audiology hubs opened this year to 12 as the company continues delivering its mission to make hearing care accessible for everyone.
