A PENSIONER walked away largely unscathed having smashed her car through a brick wall and into a parked van.

Emergency crews were called to Rosefield Street in Leamington at around 12.20pm on Friday (October 3).

The woman – believed to be in her 80s – had got out of the car by the time paramedics arrived.

She was treated by paramedics at the scene for minor injuries at the scene but did not require hospital treatment.

No-one else is thought to have been injured in the incident.
