THE GRUB was sizzling and so were the crowds at Leamington Food Festival at the weekend.
Thousands of foodies descended on the Pump Room Gardens for the hugely popular event on Saturday (September 9) and Sunday (September 10) as the town basked in a heatwave.
On the mouth-watering menu was something to tempt all palates, with anything to quench the thirst in high contention.
The festival featured everything from cookery demonstrations, live cook-off competitions and children’s activities to live music from the bandstand.
And more than 115 exhibitors, including 40 town centre businesses, turned out in the blistering temperatures to showcase the very best food and drink from across the region.
This was the 16th food festival organised by BID Leamington.
