A REMAKE of A Christmas Carol by Tom Hardy has turned Warwick into a snowy wonderland.
The BBC adaptation of the classic is currently being filmed outside the Lord Leycester Hospital and has seen a cast and crew there for several days. The ground has been covered with a blanket of fake snow, while horse and traps have been parked in nearby streets.
Stars featuring in the three-part series include Andy Serkis of Lord of the Rings fame, Charlotte Riley – who starred in Peaky Blinders and is also married to Tom Hardy – Stephen Graham who featured in Line of Duty and a host of other big names.
Tom Hardy – who has not been spotted on set – is executive producer on the show, which is being made by the same team behind Taboo.
