TEN homes could be built in Offchurch.
Developers have applied to Warwick District Council to build ten three and two bedroom properties opposite Old School House on School Hill.
Each home would include two parking spaces and the development’s design would be ‘in keeping’ with the area.
The patch of land was sold by the owners of The Stag at Offchurch several years ago.
