PLANS to build nearly 150 homes in Warwick on the site of a former council depot and special needs school have been turned down.
Warwick District Council received proposals to demolish the former Warwickshire County Council depot and Ridgeway School on Montague Road to make way for 148 homes.
But despite council officers recommending the plans be approved, they have been refused due to issues with car parking.
