PROPOSALS are being developed for a large residential and employment development in Southam.
The 75-acre site on Leamington Road is set to include a business park and around 70 homes.
A spokesman for developers AC Lloyd said: “Southam is well positioned for its transport links and we are confident the commercial units and homes will attract plenty of interest. We are seeking to finalise our plans and put forward our representations to Stratford District Council early next year.”
