Police appeal after dog walker verbally abused in Leamington

A WOMAN in her 50s was verbally abused as she walked her dog in Leamington.

The woman was in Newbold Comyn Park around 6pm on Thursday August 11 when she was approached by another dog walker.

The unknown man, who was topless, made a lewd gesture and verbally abused her while he was walking two dogs – believed to be

a Husky and a Chinese Shar Pei. One of the dogs was wearing a pink collar and was referred to as ‘Witney.’




The man is described as around 6ft tall, of slim build with short hair. At the time of the incident he was thought to be wearing khaki shorts and white trainers.

Anyone with information should call police on 101.
