POLICE are appealing for information on the whereabouts of Isnan Qumar.
They want to speak to the 29-year-old in connection with a harassment incident in Leamington yesterday (Sunday February 14).
He has links to Leamington, Coventry and Nuneaton.
Anyone who has seen him should call Warwickshire Police on 101.
