POLICE are hunting robbers who snatched a woman’s handbag in Leamington.
The pair of thieves in Cottage Close in Sydenham around 6.15pm on Tuesday (December 3).
A woman in her 40s was walking in the street when she was approached from behind. There was a struggle in which the victim was in the face and ribs.
The bag – containing cash, a mobile phone and other personal items – was taken.
The robbers did not speak during the attack.
Police want to speak to anyone who witnessed the incident, or who saw anyone acting suspiciously in the area at the time.
