MORE sheep have been slaughtered in Warwickshire fields.
The killing and theft follows a string of more than 20 incidents recorded last year.
Three men arrested, charged and remanded in custody following a police operation known as ‘Hillman’ are set to stand trail in March.
But on Sunday two more sheep in a field near Willoughby in Rugby were butchered before being taken.
Police swooped on a property in Daventry where they found and seized items including bags of raw meat.
The investigation is ongoing.
