POLICE have issued a fresh appeal for a wanted man with connections to Leamington.

David James Mills was convicted of murder in 1979 and after serving several years in prison, he was released on licence to be supervised for life.

The 52-year-old was recently released to an address in Nuneaton, but breached his bail conditions in early August when he failed to return to this address.

He was subsequently recalled to prison but has not been seen since this date.

Born in Leamington, he also has links to Birmingham and is currently thought to be in Coventry.

Anyone who sees him is urged not to approach him but to contact police on 101.
