A PROJECT to install life-saving defibrillators across Kenilworth has been given a cash boost.
Warwickshire Hearts is working to install the equipment in public places so each home is close to a device – used to restart the heart during a cardiac arrest.
The fund-raising initiative also wants to train those over the age of 11 how to use the machines.
A total of £10,000 is needed to fit all the defibrillators, and the appeal was given a £250 donation by the Heart of England Co-operative Society.
