RACE-GOERS dressed to impress at Warwick Ladies Night.
More than 4,000 revellers in show-stopping hats and outfits flocked to Warwick Racecourse for the recent meeting.
Prizes were awarded to the best turned out, with Ruth Harknett from Kenilworth crowned the best dressed. Her outfit – an Italian dress and silk scarf won her two return flights to Doha.
She said getting ready was ‘part of the experience’.
The winner of the ‘best hat’ went to milliner Jayne Alison – who last year scooped second prize in the competition.
Racecourse manager Andre Klein said: “It was a wonderful competition again this year and there were some fantastic, glamorous outfits on show across the evening.
“We would like to congratulate all the winners.”
