Riding school for disabled people receives donation

Leamington Editorial 29th Nov, 2017   0

A RIDING school for disabled children and adults has received a £1,000 donation towards the creation of its National Training Centre.

Riding for the Disabled Association is currently working on a £1.5million centre based in Shrewley to help more people through horse riding and carriage driving.

And to support the charity – which boasts HRH Princess Anne as its president – in its venture, Leamington-based sales and lettings agency ehB Residential made the generous donation.

Managing director Edward Bromwich visited the site to hand over the cheque to the association.

He said: “Riding for the Disabled Association is a fantastic cause which supports thousands of children and adults both locally and across the UK.

“It is very important to us that we give something back to the local community, and it is excellent that RDA has chosen to build its new national training centre here in Warwickshire.

“We look forward to working with RDA and continuing to support them with this project.”
