THE SEARCH is on in south Warwickshire for Bertie Basset.
A distinctive trailer featuring the Licorice Allsorts character, which belongs to The Warwickshire Hunt Branch of the Pony Club, was stolen from Ettington last night.
The trailer, featuring striking Bertie Basset jump wings,was taken from sometime between 11pm and 6am.
Anyone who spots it or has information is urged to contact Warwickshire Police, quoting incident number 70, by calling 101.
