THE MYTON Hospices owes much to one generous south Warwickshire packaging firm.
The Box Factory in Leamington has been donating cash to the Hospices for over 27 years.
And after countless company donations, event sponsorships and supporting projects, Directors Neil Price, Phil Rowberry and the team have donated a grand total of £220,000.
Chris Willmott, acting partnerships manager at Myton, said: “What a truly amazing achievement to have donated such a life-changing amount of money to Myton during what has been a very special and long-lasting relationship.
“The money Phil, Neil and The Box Factory have given to us in that time has made such a difference to our ability to be able to do what we do – providing services free of charge to people living with terminal illnesses across Coventry and Warwickshire.
“Most notably, the increased support they have given us over the last few years of uncertainty with Covid and many other influencing factors, has been so important to us.
“A huge thank you to Neil, Phil and everyone at The Box Factory for everything you do and the impact that has.”
As well as making cash donations, The Box Factory also supports Myton in many other ways – from match funding Giving Tuesday donations to generously providing boxes for their fabulous Butterfly Effect campaign.
Neil and Phil said: “The Box Factory has supported The Myton Hospices for well over 27 years, forging a bond which continues to strengthen each year.
“We have a connection through a dear work colleague, associates and friends that have required the caring, specialist and compassionate services that Myton offers across Coventry and Warwickshire.
“It is our ambition to continue to support and champion the wonderful work they do for the next 20 years.”
