BOLLYWOOD dancing, drumming and graffiti were all lined up for the ten year anniversary of the Fun Palace in Stratford.
The annual event, run in partnership between Stratford Town Trust, Warwickshire Libraries and Shakespeare Birthplace Trust, took place on Saturday October 5.
And for this extra special year, marking a decade of creative people coming together to share their skills, a whole host of activities were planned for all ages.
At the Crowne Plaza on Bridge Foot there were events by local groups including a chance to learn how to Bollywood dance, beat a drum, sing, create graffiti art and explore a fire engine.
Stratford Library hosted performances by local school choirs, a drop-in singing workshop for adults and children aged eight and over and a community Shakespeare reading of A Midsummer Night’s Dream.
And the Shakespeare Birthplace Trust, inspired by its multi-year theme, the Women Who Made Shakespeare, invited audiences to take part in a creative writing workshop outside the birthplace in Henley Street with local writer Lucy Parrott.
They could also try their hand at quill writing.
