IT was a sty rather than Styles that one Radio 1 listener was left with.
Avid listeners Stella and Sibby recently competed snout-to-snout in a competition for the last available ticket to the recent Radio 1 Big Weekend in Coventry – which featured stars including former One Direction singer Harry Styles, together with the likes of Ed Sheeran, George Ezra, Sigrid and Calvin Harris.
But Sibby sadly lost out and the Big Weekend became the Pig Weekend – mucking out the pigs at Hatton Adventure World.
Sibby rolled up her sleeves, donned some wellies and got stuck straight in, mucking out Beatrice the pig and her piglets who live in Hatton’s Farmyard Favourites barn.
Sibby said she enjoyed the experience: ‘It was a great opportunity to meet and care for some of the friendly farm animals that live at Hatton. They’re really adorable, and also really messy!”
Assistant farm manager Alice Latham said “Sibby did a fantastic job of mucking out the pigs’ home, and the piglets loved having a fuss from their new friend.”
