THE TALISMAN Theatre has promised to keep the magic of Christmas alive by showcasing its pantomime online.
Between December 19 to January 2 families can buy a £5 ticket to watch Mother Goose from the comfort of their homes.
Artistic director Steve Smith said: “While we may all be stuck at home this Christmas, there’s no reason why families can’t enjoy the magic of pantomime for some pure escapism. Mother Goose was sold out when we performed it a few years ago, so we thought why not stream the video we made at the time. Filmed with a live audience, families can join in the laughter, cheer the hero, hiss the baddy – just as they would if they were in the theatre with us. Not only that but they’ll have the best seats in the house.”
The performance link is live from 11am to 11pm on the day booked.
