THAI culture will be celebrated in Warwick with the return of an annual festival.
Warwick Thai Festival is to be held on July 10 and 11 at Warwick Racecourse.
Organisers Warwick Rotary say they will be working with Warwick District Council to ensure Covid precautions are in place but plan for the event to be held in the same format as previous years.
It will include Buddhist monks, boxers, dancers, musicians, stalls selling Thai food, goods and massages.
A Rotary spokeswoman said: “We are keeping our fingers crossed the path out of lockdown continues.
“Meet up with your friends, or make new ones at the festival surrounded by the sights and sounds of Bangkok.”
Thai festivals have been held by the Rotary Club since the Boxing Day tsunami in 2004 to raise disaster aid. They are organised with partners Magic of Thailand.
The club has continued to provide support to the country ever since, most recently throughout the pandemic when many people lost their jobs.
