A TEDDY bears picnic brought young and old together in Leamington.
Residents at Priors House care home on Old Milverton Lane welcomed primary pupils from Kingsley School.
Care home manager Francine Summers said: “We were delighted to welcome the group of five to seven-year-old pupils to the home.
“The communication, interactions and affection between residents and the children was heart-warming to see – they loved spending time with each other.
“This session was a great opportunity to create special bonds across the generations – young and older people alike really benefit from the social interaction. We look forward to another visit from the pupils very soon.”
