The Three Inch Fools prepare to take to stage at Charlecote Park

TOURING theatre company The Three Inch Fools return to Charlecote Park with two new productions next week.

They will be performing family-friendly performances of Shakespeare’s comedy Twelfth Night and an all-new version telling the story of The Gunpowder Plot.

Visitors can enjoy the two evenings of afterhours entertainment in the grounds of the National Trust property near Wellesbourne on August 5 and 6.

Charlecote Park spokeswoman Bryony Goodwin said: “We’re thrilled to be able to host The Three Inch Fools again this summer. Their lively performances always prove to be a huge hit!

“Visitors can spread out with a picnic or grab teas, coffees and ice creams from the cafe, and enjoy a summer evening of entertainment with the historic house as a stunning backdrop.”

Three Inch Fools co-founder James Hyde was glad to be back on stage.

He said: “After an uncertain two years, we’re all excited to get back on the road again and bring our to audiences across the country. We look forward to surprising our audiences with a different take on a story they think they know.”
