THOUSANDS of people are set to lace up their trainers and raise money for the British Heart Foundation.
Some 2,100 runners will descend on Warwick Racecourse for the Warwick Half Marathon on Sunday March 5.
It is hoped the event will raise £85,000 to help fund life saving research to help the millions of people in the UK affected by heart disease.
The route runs through Warwick town centre, Leek Wootton, Beausale, Hatton and Budbrooke and there will be road closures on the day so people can cheer runners on.
