THREE men have been released on bail following a fatal crash on the A46.
The men, two aged 21 and one aged 22, of no fixed address, were arrested following the fatal crash on the A46 near Stratford on Tuesday (April 30). The driver was also further arrested on suspicion of drink driving.
They were questioned and then released on conditional bail.
A man died after a Ford Fiesta hit a tree. Police believe he was a passenger in the car and the smash took place at around 4am.
They are calling for anyone with information or who may have seen a car parked up next to the crash to get in touch by calling 101.
