Three charged with Kenilworth murder set to reappear in court in May

THREE people charged with murder following the death of a man at a house in Kenilworth are set to reappear in court in May.

Lewis Dowling, aged 24, of Yarnfield Road, Birmingham, Patricia Dowling, aged 49, of Chestnut Avenue, Kenilworth and a 16-year-old boy from Kenilworth, who can’t be named for legal reasons, were charged on Monday March 23 following the launch of a murder investigation.

All three appeared at Warwick Crown Court on Wednesday March 25 and were remanded to appear in court again on May 20.

A 72-year-old woman has been arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender.




Police and paramedics responded to a call to a house in Chestnut Avenue just before midnight on Friday March 20 where a man in his 40s was found in cardiac arrest. He died.
